Pricing FAQ
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope. You can sign up for any plan, any time and you can always upgrade or downgrade should your needs change. You can sign up for month to month billing or save 15% by paying up front for a full year.
Can I change my monthly plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Plan changes take effect immediately at the new pricing and number of videos, which are reflected on the next monthly invoice.
Do you have a free trial?
No, we do not offer a free trial. Real humans edit these videos, and real humans gotta eat.
Can I use my own camera?
Yes, in fact all Candidio Producers use their own cameras. Any HD camera that saves video clips in .mp4 or .mov format is acceptable, but many of our Producers simply use the HD video camera on their mobile device.
Can anyone, anywhere sign up for Candidio?
Yes, Candidio can be used by anyone with broadband internet access.
